We can grab a coffee for a casual meet-up. That’s when dreams start taking shape – at this relaxed, no-obligation chit-chat. We'll be sitting together, sharing stories and going deep into the special day that you'll always remember. That’s why it’s a great idea to have some strong espresso in hand for you to open up with me. You’ll be sharing your love story, the things that made you fall for each other, and things about each other that ruffle your feathers (this is real life!). You can also pick my brains about me or the ceremony.
This heart-to-heart also includes going through the services I offer and my availability for your date of choice. This is about more than just checking boxes. It’s about making sure I’m the perfect match for your perfect day. Because your love story deserves a storyteller who truly understands.
Making It Official
The process begins when your heart says yes to moving forward. It all begins with a simple booking form and deposit, followed by your Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM), and then moves on to the booking to confirm your special date. While this legal requirement must be lodged at least one month out from your wedding, it is in force for 18 months and we have plenty of time to turn your perfect day into reality. What might feel like just another piece of mundane paperwork, I will transform and turn into another meaningful step on your journey.
Creating Your Ceremony
This is where the magic begins! In our dedicated planning session, we will look closely at your love story. We'll work together to craft every word until it strikes a chord with your dreams and journey together. I’ll walk you through choosing special unity rituals - traditional or cultural that mark your heritage.
Your Big Day
On this magical day, I'll be there early to set the tone exactly like you and your team of vendors need, coordinating with them so the show runs smoothly. Once everything is all set, I will be there to run things in the background so you can fully embrace and enjoy every second of your special day. In the end, you’ll get a charming keepsake certificate, though I’ll also take care of the real deal: the legal elements that not everyone loves but all of us need!
After the "I Do’s"
My support does not end at “I Do”— it continues long after the champagne’s gone. I’ll sort lodging your marriage documents with Births, Deaths and Marriages to make it official. If you need help in obtaining your official marriage certificate, or going through the name change process, call me for help. I’ll be here to celebrate the beautiful moments of your life before and after your ceremony.
